Tantalizing Taste Events reserves the right to substitute menu items as subject to seasonal changes and unavailability on the market with prior notice given to the client.

Tantalizing Taste Events undertakes to hire all necessary equipment for and on behalf of their clients but accepts no responsibility for covering the shortages for loss or damage to any item hired.

Tantalizing Taste Events is willing to provide food tastings on request by their client at no charge providing Tantalizing Taste Events is chosen as the caterer for that particular event.

If not chosen as the caterer, Tantalizing Taste Events reserves the right to charge the client to cover the cost of food presented at the tasting. 

Tantalizing Tastes undertakes to provide a full bar service on a sale of return basis with ice & glassware in conjunction with a reputable supplier if requested by their client.

Tantalizing Taste Events in conjunction with a top staffing company will provide highly trained waitering staff to service all functions.

Tantalizing Taste Events reserves the right to charge a 10% handling/management fee on all additional services provided.

Tantalizing Taste Events will charge a 50% cancellation fee if the function is cancelled one week prior to the function date and 100% if the function is cancelled within 72 hours prior to the function date as all confirmed dates will be closed to other functions and clients and all stock would already have been purchased.

NB: We will require a 75% deposit to confirm a function 2 (two) working weeks prior to the function date with the balance due on presentation of final invoice.

If the function falls on or after the 1st of September, a 50% deposit is required within 2 working days of confirmation to secure our availability with an additional 30% payable 1 (one) week prior to the function date with the balance due on presentation of final invoice.              

In peak season these terms are not negotiable.
